1. What Are Credits?

Credits are the virtual currency used to access AI generation features on MAPHYPEE AI. Each operation (image generation, video creation, etc.) consumes a specific number of credits based on the complexity and quality of the output.

3. Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased through:

  • One-time credit packages (various sizes available)
  • Subscription plans (monthly/annual) that include credits
  • All payments are processed securely through Shopier
  • Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment

4. Credit Usage

Consumption: Credits are consumed when:

  • You successfully generate content (even if you're not satisfied with the result)
  • A generation task is submitted and processed
  • Credits are deducted immediately upon task submission

Failed Operations: If a generation fails due to a technical error on our part, credits will be refunded to your account automatically.

5. Credit Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire; you can use them at any time until your balance reaches zero. Credits may still be forfeited if:

  • Your account is terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • The Service is discontinued (with 90 days' notice)

6. Credit Transfers and Refunds

Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or gifted to other accounts.

Refunds: Refunds are generally not available. Exceptions are limited to system errors or rare cases reviewed via support.

7. Checking Your Credit Balance

You can check your credit balance at any time through your account dashboard. The balance is updated in real-time as you use credits.

8. Promotional Credits

We may offer promotional credits from time to time. These credits:

  • May have expiration dates (clearly stated when awarded)
  • Cannot be refunded or converted to cash
  • Are subject to the same usage rules as purchased credits
  • May be revoked if obtained through fraudulent means
