Terms of Paid Service

1. Payment Processing

All payments for credits and premium features are processed securely through Shopier. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• The payment provider (Shopier) terms of service and privacy policy
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases
• Accept that payment processing is subject to the payment provider's security and fraud prevention measures

We do not store your full credit card information. All payment data is encrypted and handled by the payment provider in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

2. Credit Pricing and Purchases

Credit Packages: Credits can be purchased in various packages. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary based on your location.

Compliance Notice: Credits may only be used for lawful, policy-compliant purposes. If prohibited use is detected (adult content/services, document fraud, verification evasion, or deceptive use), the account may be terminated and credits are not refundable.

Credit Costs per Operation:

• Text-to-Image (Standard 1024×1024): 4 credits per image (1-4 images per generation)
• Text-to-Image (Pro, higher quality): 18 credits per image (1K/2K), 24 credits (4K)
• Image-to-Image (Normal / Restyle): 18 credits per image; 24 credits for 4K
• Avatar Pose / Reframe: 18 credits per image (4K: 24)
• Ideogram Reframe: 18 credits per image
• Image-to-Video (Kling 3.0): 5 s 200, 10 s 400 credits (per second × 40); Kling 2.6 Std: 5 s 110, 10 s 220 credits
• Grok Image-to-Video (720p, 6 s): 40 credits
• Motion Control (Kling AI): Standard (5 s) 30, Pro (5 s) 45, Pro (10 s) 90 credits
• Sora 2 Image-to-Video: 10 s 35, 15 s 40 credits
• Video Extension (Kling AI): +5 s extension 80 credits

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify credit prices and costs with 30 days' notice. Existing credits are not affected by price changes.

3. Billing and Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Shopier in your region.

Billing:

• All charges are processed immediately upon purchase
• You will receive an email receipt from Shopier for each transaction
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout
• Currency conversion is handled by the payment provider based on current exchange rates

4. Refund Policy

General Policy: Refunds are generally not available. Exceptions are limited to system errors or rare cases reviewed via support.

• System Errors: Technical issues that prevent service delivery.
• Exceptional Requests: Rare cases approved in writing by support.

Exceptional Refund Request:

• Contact destek@maphypee.com with a special request.
• Review and approval are entirely at our discretion.
• Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.

5. Credit Expiration and Validity

Credit Validity: Purchased credits do not have an expiration date; as long as your account remains in good standing, you can use them at any time until your balance reaches zero.

• Credits remain in your account until they are used.
• Credits may be forfeited without refund if your account is closed for Terms of Service violations.

Credit Transfer: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or gifted to other accounts.

6. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)

If you subscribe to a recurring plan:

• You will be billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

7. Failed Payments and Account Suspension

If a payment fails:

• We will notify you via email
• You must update your payment method within 7 days
• Repeated payment failures may result in account suspension
• Suspended accounts cannot access premium features but retain access to free features
• We reserve the right to use collection services for unpaid amounts

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge:

• Your account may be immediately suspended pending resolution
• We will provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
• We encourage contacting us first at destek@maphypee.com to resolve issues

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your purchase based on your location. We will add applicable taxes at checkout where required by law. For EU customers, VAT is included in the displayed price where applicable.
